Day 16

last night i made stuffed peppers with 80% lean ground beef (although i have been reading more warnings about not eating TOO lean,) kale, fresh parsley, avocado, red onion, an egg, and a little bit of almond flour. i paired it with roasted brussel sprouts &bacon w/cinnamon, and a spinach salad of course. i have probably eaten my own weight in spinach by now. the sprouts looked a little more toasty than id wanted, but they tasted delicious and have inspired me to make brussel sprout chips!
